We're back baby!
After a 1 year hiatus, where we did some deep soul searching and found that we are, in fact, insane, we are back on the track.
Our race car has been warmed over, with all new wheel bearings, brake pads, a master switch, and a mostly functioning electrical system, so we are ready to rock!
Come join us Saturday, September 21, 2024 and Sunday, September 22 for a crazy good time down in Bowling Green!

After our first race we learned quite a bit (mainly where the junkyards are around Louisville, but hey, we learned something). We also figured out that 200,000+ mile engines are not thrilled with high RPM.
So taking this hard earned knowledge, we are doing it again. This time in Alabama. We are all channeling our inner Forrest Gump and we are just gonna run run run.

The 24 Hours of Lemons Race is a 2 Day Race, 8 hours each day endurance race run by amateur racers in $500 cars on a street track. Safety is a priority. Themes are nearly as important. Disastrous mechanical failures are imminent. Fun is ensured! This will be a first for NRP (Which for this race has been re-initialized Not Real Professional Racing) and it is sure to be a memorable one!
We have chosen to use this race as a way to raise money for the NRP Angels Fund. Please join us and we will add an Angels Sponsor sticker to the racecar with your name on it so you can race with us!
